You may be a few pounds or perhaps hundreds of pounds overweight.  You may be an athlete looking for that something to give your body the extra competitive edge because you reached a plateau in your training, or you simply want to be in first place for a change.

If you truly desire to loose, maintain, gain weight, or gain lean muscle, you've come to the right place.  If you are passionate about learning how to give your body the greatest opportunity for phenomenal health, read on.

I'll make you a deal.  You invest the time and energy in reviewing this material as I've laid it out, and I promise to give you a true, no non-sense, and scientific approach to reaching your goals.  Not my goals, your goals.  I promise to give you my undivided attention as your personal health coach.

No gimmicks here.  Let's face it.  We are bombarded with ads daily on "new" weight loss schemes, and protein powders.  Pills, potions, and all you can eat, and anything you want to eat meal plans.  And yet they are not entirely lying.  If you told me that you love chocolate, I can devise a diet plan around chocolate and you would loose weight!  I would take several factors into account and simply make sure there are more calories being expanded during the day compared to calories taken in, and that's it.

The question then becomes, do you really want to loose weight that way?  Some of you are saying, "Oh yea, let me on board".  Here's a better question, "Is that the best way to loose, gain, maintain weight, or gain lean muscle mass"?  I hope to prove to you that the answer is "No".

There are no "secrets".  The best way to achieve your goals is to not fall for fad diets.  No need to look further than the first 3 letters in the word "diet" to find out why diets never work long term.  Instead what we must do, not should-of, could-of, some day, but rather must do is give our bodies the complete nutritional support it requires, and internally cleanse.

Three critically important facts:

1.  As a society we are nutritionally bankrupt.  Our immune system is exhausted.  Obesity, allergies, stress, high blood pressure, diabetes and other related and more dangerous health conditions are on the rise.  We have become "super-sized" with every stop at the fast food restaurant and trip to the market for a 20oz drink which years ago was available as an 8oz drink.

2.  Our bodies have accumulated toxins from our foods and environment. 
As a self defense mechanism our miraculous body creates more fat cells in order to wall-off these toxins in an attempt to not allow them to spread.  How readily will the body release these fat cells if the body created them in the first place not to store extra energy, but to store and protect itself from the poison?  Utilizing many of the fad diets out there my feeling is that we may be adding to our toxic system.

3.  How much you weigh is not what's most important.  I have had countless patients who are skinny, and yet too fat.  How is that possible?  How can you be a size 5 dress, or 28 waist and be too heavy?  The key is percentage body weight.  Your percentage body weight ratio of fat to lean muscle mass is critically important.  I will show you an easy way to calculate this at home and give you the values to shoot for.  At one extreme let me share with you that if you are 30% and above, of percentage body fat, you are a heart attack waiting to happen.  On average, which is not the healthiest, women should not be over 22%, and men 16% body fat.

Through modern science there is a state of the art technology to rid your body of damaging toxins.  And yes, skinny people need this just as much as the rest of us.  I will show you how through nutrition and internal cleansing (without the diarrhea often associated with tradition cleansing) my body was able to return to health after being diagnosed with:
